RTX 2070 Frames Destiny 2

Having some really weird frame issues on Destiny2 after the Beyond Light launch. Any one have any suggestions as to how to get my previous performance back?

 

System:

MSI B550-A Pro

AMD Ryzen 5 3600X 6-Core Processor  3.80 GHz

32gigs of DDR4

1 TB NVME SSD

RTX 2070
