Overcklocking my CPU and GPU

Hey. I have a Zephyrus G15 with a Ryzen 7 4800HS and an RTX 2060 MQ. I am trying to overclock my CPU and GPU, but only Armoury Crate seems to do anything. Do you have tips to overclock my CPU? (It is at 4.1 GHz in-game now) I would need also more help, because I can't make my MSI Afterburner work with Armoury Crate.

I think my temps are OK, my GPU runs at 75 degrees (celcius) and my CPU at 80 degrees. I know that I will need room to better cooling to overclock. I have these temps with the manual mode (see the picture) and an pre-overclock of 150 MHz on the core and 200 MHz on the memory. The CPU isn't overclocked.

Is this at idle or under load?
If at idle, overclocking will result in thermal throttling, bringing your clockspeeds down.

It is under load, after 30 minutes of Fortnite

When does my GPU or my CPU starts to thermal throttle?

I also have a cooling pad that is not used in this.
