Windows boot problem

Hi

I need some help. i got a pc and I needed to install Windows 10 so I made a bootable usb drive from my laptop with the Windows media creation tool 

 

When I try to boot it too flashed the Windows logo then all I see is a white underscore in the top corner

 

Would it be the graphics card causing that or something else

 

 

edit:i waited a bit and it worked
