New Keyboard - Need help

I'm a gamer of all genre's but I also use my keyboard for WFH so i need a 10 key. I'm at my computer for 14+ hours a day on the week days and closer to 19 on weekends. What is the best. 

 

I'd also like to be able to replace the key caps when they break (reason i'm looking to have a backup to my current board)
