Windows freezing

I dont know why but my windows froze 2 times and i had to restart it 2 times like it would freeze for a couple of seconds then come back then completely freeze and theres nothing i can do other than restart my system. now i just enabled pbo yesterday so it could be the issue but i need to know what else could be the issue?

SPECS:

rtx 2080 super stock speeds

ryzen 5 3600 PBO on runs at 4ghz

16gb ram 3733mhz cl20 (default setting)

b450m tomahawk max

tx650m psu

win 10 ver. 20H2
