Stock cooler help

I am switching from core 2 duo E7200 to a core 2 quad Q6600.

I was wondering if my intel stock cooler(E33681-001) will be good enough for cooling the quad core cup.

Intel stock coolers are trash

get a Cooler Master 212 EVO. it's like $30 and very good for the price

I bought this CPU for $18 i am on very tight budget of $20 lol

hmm... it should be fine but I would expect some throttling. I just strongly recommend the cooler, but that's out of the question.
