Deciding between 3 4k monitors

Hello, I want to get a budget 4k monitor and I found 3 good ones that fit my budget, but I don't know which one I should get and  I would like some help deciding.

 

The monitors:

1-BenQ EL2870U

2-Asus VP28UQG

3-Philips 276E8VJSB

 

I'm going to use them as a second monitor for gaming and watching movies and i would like to know which one is the best for me.

philips model has 10 bit color which is awesome for watching videos and movies that support it

asus and benq have the best response time and freesync

since you use it for watching movie and game

im going with the philips monitor if I were you

but the  philips monitor has a 5ms response time , will that affect me playing games ? or will it not be noticeable ?

its annoying only when you really hard focusing to tell the difference and you probably going to forget it after a day

its really not a huge deal
