the specs say "70mm fan"

according to this eBay listing, personally I wouldn't try squeezing an 80mm fan in there since I can't see much in the way of extra space.

If you want a new air cooler, you could probably fit some decent options in there

http://www.bccservices.com/infrastructure-solutions/fujitsu/fujitsu-desktop-and-notebooks/fujitsu-desktop-pcs/fujitsu-superior-pcs/esprimo-p910-l/

if this is the right spec sheet, the case is listed as 6.89 inches wide, pretty standard. A 212 evo would fit just fine inside.

what country are you buying in?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

if you want cheap you can get a few things

https://pcpartpicker.com/product/JpqdnQ/evga-cpu-cooler-100fsc901kr

https://pcpartpicker.com/product/x2JmP6/deepcool-gammaxx-400-v2-645-cfm-cpu-cooler-dp-mch4-gmx400v2-bl

https://pcpartpicker.com/product/kjdrxr/deepcool-gammaxx-400-v2-645-cfm-cpu-cooler-dp-mch4-gmx400v2-rd

but I don't know if something is on the side of the case that would prevent taller coolers from fitting so you could also look at these

https://pcpartpicker.com/product/PNm323/arctic-alpine-12-cpu-cooler-acalp00027a

https://pcpartpicker.com/product/JZyV3C/arctic-alpine-12-co-cpu-cooler-acalp00031a

and also you could try to get a used stock cooler from eBay which would be fine
