No actaul reason to use 60Hz imo.

aside from games that are locked at 60fps like dark souls 3, that might become a problem at some point

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

does it matter? i mean i can buy from amazon.. IPS panel realy scares me with the backlight blead and dead pixels but i dont see better choice :/

it matters because the prices are not the same in every country. Also the monitor you named in the original post is an IPS monitor, if that's something you were worried about I feel like you would have picked a different one but also VA and TN panels are not immune to backlight bleed or dead pixels.

The FPS and Hz aren't exactly the same, only with vsync or variable sync they are equal iirc.

Monitor set at 144Hz will function at 144Hz if the game isn't locked at 60fps and vsync has to be enabled. Though yeah tearing might appear, but at 144Hz it's less visible than at lower Hz.

Im from Israel so this kinda problem to check there for you :) . US is good but i want max screen size 25 i dont realy like 27, even 25 is too big for me. but VA/TN have less chance to have this problems if i understand correctly but TN is bad with colors (i think what i have now is TN), VA have ghosting and some other problems. if asus fix or replace monitors with this problems then i dont mind to go with IPS. also i would like gsync or gsync compatible.

You won't get the input lag problem if refresh rate is set at 144Hz, no matter if the fps is lower or higher, as far as I know.

thanks. do you have any idea if asus fix or replace monitors with backlight bleed or dead pixels ? because i see some scary pictures in internet and if this looks like this Monitor Defects - Backlight Bleed, IPS Glow, Pixel Dead, Stuck Pixel

the monitor is useless for me

this one is better than the asus ?

it's an alternative. very similar specs. Not seeing complaints about input lag, you should compare with reviews that you can find to see if it meets your standards.

i see in rtings that VG279Q is gsync compatible by their test and no input lag issue. do you know if the VG249Q is the same monitor exactly and just different size?

just from reading the specs it looks like they are the same just with different sizes. Although for some reason the 279Q isn't named "TUF"
