Power issues

So a few days ago my pc stopped turning on. Well it was randomly shutting down and then shut down and didnt come back on. I replaced the PSU, im very sure its all plugged in right but it still doesnt work. I put in the power cord and heard a fizzing with the old PSU and the new PSU so does that sound like a cable issue or something else?

The fizzing was at where the cable plugs in not inside the pc

Probably. Try a different cable and see if it fixes it.

Really don't know abot power, Mabye 

try a power tester on your wall plug.

Yeah i ordered a power cable hopefully thatll fix it. If not then ill need to get it looked at in a shop

I dont have a power tester unfortunately

Yeah thats my assumption given i replaced the PSU and the plug is making a buzzing/fizzing sound

Are you using an extension cable?

I Am using a extension but its not from the plug side its from the part that goes into the power supply
