Cannot enter motherboard bios

Msi Z87-G43 gaming, intel i5 5690k, 16gb ram, rtx 2070.

I keep getting black screen after tring to enter bios. Computer boots into windows just fine.

I've tried different display ports and even taken out graphics card and used onboard display, same problem.

Is there a way to flash bios without going into it?

At this point i've tried to use the windows recovery to boot into bios but gave the same problem.

I've also reset CMOS, removed battery for 15min still same problem

are you sure you dont have an i5 4690k?
