Microphone problem

First of all, I am using translator in case you don't understand. I have a Hyperx quadcast microphone and everything worked fine until yesterday, I did the usual, I got into the discord, the red light of the quadcast was on but I noticed that when talking my friends did not respond, I tried in voice applications but they did not register the voice , disconnect and connect but nothing, any ideas? Sys Windows 10
