9th Gen Intel upgrade

Is there much of a point to upgrading from a 9700F to a 9900K if the most intense thing I plan to do is game? Also could you easily hold 5.0ghz on all cores with a Hyper 212 Black Edition? Thanks in advance!

Well if the only thing you do is gaming. Then it's not worth it IMO.
