Black screen issues

Hi,when i power on my pc, it gave me type password but after i type password and go in to windows, it just turn black with just a mouse cursor, but sometimes it has show my wallpaper and unknown hard error. 

 

I've tried login to safe mode but it still black with the cursor after type my password.
