wierd vr performance

so i swapped my gtx 1070 to a rx 5700 today and noticed its not that good at vr for example at blade and sorcery i sit at 80hz no matter what quality and as soon as one enemy spawns my fps goes all over the place for some reason and my cpu is a i7 6700 4c 8t should not really be the problem seen other people play with a rx 5700xt totally fine with this cpu

what is your vr headset

download park control and select bitsum max performance, it makes all cpu cores active, and un parks everything

so my cores are un parked but im on ultimate performance not bitsum will it make a difference ?
