NGFF to Thunderbolt 3 adapter in a laptop.

I would like to have a thunderbolt port in my laptop where it doesn't have one using an ngff adapter. I only want to do this for tinkering and fun using an external thunderbolt gpu but would also like this to fit in my laptop (no. not the gpu) I just thought it would be cool to have a laptop that can work like a razer blade stealth. I was also wondering if there was an ngff card out there that adapts a thunderbolt port right on the card without using an ngff to pcie adapter then using a thunderbolt pcie card.
