No of course not the heatsink is not broken. Repasting will help. Undervolting can help too but simply put it is a insanely hot and hard to cool cpu in a too small laptop.

Try undervolting, if your cpu is supported, Intel® Extreme Tuning Utility (Intel® XTU)

If not try Throttlestop.

There are guides on how to undervolt.

Another thing you can add is to go into the setting of the games you play and change from directx 12 to 11.

I bought in 2019 oct

And it is already undervolt if i do more my laptop will crash my game does not support directx 12
