3080 underperforming

I just recently built a new PC with a 3080 FE, but when playing games and running benchmarks it seems to be falling behind benchmarks online. I ran time spy and got a GPU score of 15,993 and I also ran Port Royal and got a score of 10,413 both of which seem on the low end for a 3080. I've tried to reinstall drivers, made sure the RAM was at full speed, tried to overclock but got no real gain, is there anything I can do or am I just unlucky with my card?

Ryzen 3700x

16GB DDR4 3600mhz ram

MSI B550 Tomahawk Mag
