Dying GPU

I'm the guy from the watercooled slow graphic card, apparently I commited some errors during the AIO cooler installation and now even when as low as 30% gpu load there are sudden error which cause lag in pretty much every game I play, there are no problems with the V RAM

Does anyone know where can I send it for repair, i've heard that a heat gun can fix the problem but, i'd prefer to pay someone with experience rather than do it myself
