tightening memory timings

so ive got 2 of the same memory kit mode

CMK16GX4M2D3600C18

one is a B-die and the other is E-die

latency is 18-22-22-42 on both

did 17-21-21-42 worked fine

16-20-20-42, boot but no post

is it because i didnt touch the tRAS?

or maybe because of the E-die kit?
