Human Interfaces Devices Madness

I have a new built desktop (2 weeks old) this problem started a week ago. Every time I start my PC, each of the mouse and the keyboard stops working and every other USB device stops as well, a tp-link Wireless N Nano USB Adapter stops as well, the only way to regain control is by powering it off then on.
The pc completely freezes during the first minute or sometimes after one hour there is no specific time. Rarely nothing happens and everything would work well.
I tried plugging my USB devices in other ports on the PC but nothing change. I've updated every HID and even uninstalled the ones that shows error but nothing change.

The mouse cable has a problem but if it fixed in a certain way the mouse works flawlessly even tried it on a laptop.
please I need help I'm depressed I've spent everything I have to buy it for my work.

 Update:

It appears to be the wirless adabter that causes the proplem. I removed the USB wirless adapter and it works with no issues, once I pluged the wirless the pc stoped. Would ahould I do?
