Can you get a bigger budget? Otherwise I'd recommend the MSI MAG B550 Tomahawk.

X570 Tomahawk (better of the two) or X570 Taichi would be really good especially for the VRM quality.

Wich one would you get to go with my parts if you had no budget?

msi b550 A-pro/ mag tomahawk/ mag bazooka

or asus b550 tuf plus

bot can handle 3900x overclocked with decent case airflow.

I Use my knowledge as business owner and self taught technician aswell as an AI to help people. AI might be controversial but it actually works pretty well 90% of the time.

Overkill but do you really think so? I'm giving him a path to upgrade and overclocking if he does want to try that later on. Better spend more on the motherboard so you can upgrade without having to buy another one. That's my opinion but he can choose whatever he wants.

yesd, but they are overkill for the future. 5950x is the best you can possibly have in the future. and evfen b550 tomahawk is more than enouhg for that.

for the ssds and gpu yes, but for those capture cards etc x570 makes more sense.
