XMP and overclock busted

Hey guys! I'm definitely stoked and about to give up on my 2 years old system. I recently purchased an RTX3070 to replace my GTX1080. Once installed, my pc kept power cycling, I had to unplug and plug some stuff back up then it worked but apparently my OC was disabled and the bios got reset back to default.

 

Now, I can't use my previous overclock and not even activate the XMP profile without it telling me that my "OC" has failed.

 

My specs:

8700K (was at 4.7 now back to default)

G.Skill Aegis 2x8GB 3000Mhz (but now at 2133)

MSI z370 gaming plus

MSI RTX3070 Gaming trio

Bequiet 700w silver

Samsung 960 M.2 256GB

 

I cleared the CMOS and updated the bios, same issues.

 

Any solutions?
