Laptop Docking station?

Hello, I am new to the forum and I had a question. I have a dell Inspirion 14 with a core i7 and Nvidia built in. I saw the "No this is the cleanest setup video" and wanted to do something similar but I do not have a thunderbolt 3 port. Does anyone have any suggestions for this? I was looking at some similar docking station but I was a little overwhelmed with the results so if anyone has suggestions Id be happy too hear.
