Reverse ll120 light loops?

I've researched this topic, but the last thread i could find was from multiple years ago. So what i was wondering is if i could modify the Corsair LL120/140 fans so that they can be used as intake fans and still have the light loop facing inward.

Yes, i've heard of the QL120/140s, but i'm getting 9 of these (doing an 011d build) so i don't want to pay 90 extra dollars for worse-performing and (imo) worse-looking fans.

IMP|O they look fine as intake fans, the rgb loop wont be on the inside, but whatever,you could also use lian li uni fans

fans:Noctua industrial 3000rpm x6
