Budget (including currency): 300 eur + price of sold parts

Country: Lithuania

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: CP77, AAA titles, Ultrawide 1440p monitor 100fps gaming

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

Atm I have ryzen 3600 I want to upgrade it to 5600 together with MOBO, with new pcie 4.0 and better ram support as mine barely support rams for 2933.

I got ram viper 4 3200 32gb(2x16) but works only on 2933

Also upgrade my gpu 1080ti for a new amd 6800/xt depending on prices.

Also new storage just to keep it fresh and running atm I have 1tb ssd and want to keep it that way

I think if I try to sell my cpu/cooler/gpu/ssd I can get around 650-700 maybe if all goes well if not will ahve to drop to 600-550 even. so Lets say budget is around 1000 eur TOPS

Atm my selection is:

amd 6800 non xt 600eur~

5600x 350eur~

new cooler (max 50eur) (noctua is too expensive here around 70eur n12a) 50eur~

new M2 ssd 1tb 130 eur~

Mobo tomahawk b550 - seems to be very good one with decent audio/lan/vrm all round but price is on higher end, but I think its worth it. 155eur~

Please suggest any cooler/ssd for as cheap as possible as well if there is any better/ as good MOBO for cheaper (same audio/lan/vrm or good alternative)

for now parts goes for around 1300~ which is around 300 over budget, Idk what to do as yes its 300, I can add it, but then I can add another 100 and another 100 and so on. I want to keep it simple.

Also I can try selling my whole PC together, thats will be 1tb sata ssd + evga 750W nova PSU + fractal design R5 case + be quiet pure rock cooler. If I sell it all together I probs can get around 1000-1100 tops I think.

So in that case my budget would be around 1500-1600 eurs tops. If thats better way then please suggest build for that price. Also I pref more common parts (some PSU companies cant be found here so more commo evga/corsair/ chieftec etc is better)

P.S. Buying from ebay/amazon is not the option as price for shipping is super high around 50-70 eur/$

Why a new cooler?

You could also just use the 3600 for a little longer, maybe a 5600 non x launches or the 5600x drops a bit in price - 350€ is quite steep
