Budget (including currency): 500-1700€ (Euros)

Country: Germany

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: 

VEGAS Pro 17, Adobe Photoshop 2021, some RTX ON games, recording those games

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

Upgrading from Samsung Chronos 7 (770Z7E-S04DE) (Official Site) has a broken graphics card with water damage, at least 120FPS, because 60FPS way to less

 

Can someone help me get the best Notebook or Tablet PC for the money I have?
