Keyboard doesn't work properly

So basically my keyboard doesn't work as it should, some keys work but most of the don't. The keyboard isnty faulty as I test it on an other device. I also want to mention that the mouse is acting weord. I need some help as I don't know what to do. It is clearly something from Windows but I don't know what.

Ok so, you wanna share any hardware or even software you using? Cus if we must guess its all wrong and you wont get help.
So help yourself and put all specs in there, also what changed when this happened. Waht you tried to remedy etc.
So we not repeating stuff you done or arent even possible.

When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!
I'm just helping YOU to help YOURSELF!
(The more info you give the easier it is for others to help you out!)

Not willing to capitulate to the ignorance of the masses!

So my keyboard is a Genesis Thor 300 and it was working until somehow my pc sent me to the user selection screen on windows, from that point on the keyboard doesn't work properly and also sometime the pc is acting weird I did a scan of the pc with malwarebyte but I didn't find anything.

My PC specs are: Ryzen 7 3700; gigabyte b550 aorus pro; Radeon RX 5600xt
