Surround sound and EQ not showing up on G Hub

Hi there,

 

Today I got a my pair of Logitech G733's. When I hooked them up and went to G Hub, I couldn't find the EQ or the Surround sound option (see image below). I uninstalled G Hub and reinstalled it, and got the same results.

 

Anyone know how I can fix this (the EQ thing is supposed to be over the headphones and the surround sound option is supposed to be a checkbox below sidetone)?

 

 

BTW, I have a C922 and G603 and they both show up and show all the stuff.

I have the same issue, I have no idea what to do
