Blue screen/Sudden Shutdown Problem

Hey, I've been having some issues with my PC lately. About every 1 out of 4 times I try to wake my PC from sleep, it has turned itself off, or no image appears on my monitor, and once I got a blue screen but the system shut down before I could read it. Any ideas as of why it screws up when I wake it? Cooling? My PSU? Any help is appreciated.
