Ender-3 Bed levelling problems

I've attached my bed visualiser results from Octopi. 

 

No matter what I do I get this perfect gradient and I can't level it. It's a genuine BLTouch and a Creality Silent board. 

 

Is it my mount that's wrong? 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe, but I'd imagine if the mount is flexing in one part of the bed it would be flexing in all parts of the bed. Have you tried manually leveling with a sheet of paper?
