Preordering AMD stuff

I see posts where people have said they've preordered the new Ryzen 5000's or Radeon 6000's, where? I don't see an option on B&H, and they're the only place I know of that does that.

B&H had Ryzen Pre-orders up, but looks like they stopped them. I know several people personally who got pre-orders from B&H.
