Power problems

Hey everyone, second post in a couple days 馃槹 as testing is going, my power supply (supplies since I've tried multiple?) Just haven't done the trick. My PC won't do anything if I have an RTX card in the slot WITH the PCI-e cable plugged in. The current PSU I have on hand is 550w bronze. But I am curious if anyone would be able to validate a 650w gold working for me or not.聽

- Asrock b450m Steel Legend

- Ryzen 5 2600

- Gamdias liquid AIO

- G.Skill tridendZ RGB (2x8gb)

- RTX 2060

- 1 ssd

- 2 HDD

- coolermaster 550w PSU (rotating from PSU to PSU)
