I'd like some help in finding any info on these components.

Hey everyone, how are you guys doing?

Today a friend of mine, who loves to buy things from Aliexpress, bought a X99-F8, and he called me to analyse the VRM for his channel, but in doing so, i've stepped into a problem....

I cannot find any data on these discrete mosfet, i'm pretty sure they're low end, and even very outdated. But i have some theories.

First of all, i'll upload some photos so you guys can glimpse what i'm facing.

These are the high side and low side mosfets this board make use of, the Drivers are Intersil ISL-6208, along side a Intersil PWM Controller, the ISL-6376, which is an old version of a 6 phase PWM Controller.

Another problem i've noticed, these board have a lot of differente components, specially on the VRM, i've seen a review of this same F8 board with those UBIQ QM3092 / QM3098 crappy mosfet.

My hypothsesis, i think these are intersil Mosfets, why? Usually they have the same brand as the PWM and sometimes even the drivers, because during production, if you encounter any problem using mixed components, some manufacturer might not give you support. I think some of these marking are related to where and the week of the year they were manufactured, but i cant find any sort of Intersil / Renesas decoder like the Micron FBGA decoder.

I have the same problem. I can't find  where to buy to replace mosfets. I can't find the datasheet.

It's just a low end mosfet, something like the Asus Prime H410 uses QN3104 or QN3106 mosfets. I'd think you could replace the QN3103 with the QN3104 and it would be fine.

Update: maybe useful information:

Somewhere to purchase.

I'd find some information about these mosfets, they are from Xiamen RF a chinsese manufacture.
