Non xmp oc

So I own an Asrock B85m Pro4 motherboard and i have 4 hyperx fury 1600 ddr3 ram sticks. I tried searching for the ram frequency in the bios ans i couldnt find it. I know that b85m pro4 bios 2.3 and later dont support cpu oc is that the case here? Will downgrading to earlier bios version make the setting appear?
