Having issues with weird black screen.

Late at night I just finished a pc build and was going to set the ram speed from 2400 to 2666 but by accident set it to 3666. I got a black screen and nothing was working so I decided to clear the the cmos and did, but the black screen with the dash near the center showed up.

I'm assuming you can still get into the bios....

 

Can you check your boot order?

So I left the pc with out power all night and now it work just fine, so weird.
