Hey all o/

So I wasn't sure how I should title the post so sorry if it's a bit confusing, but let me explain.

I have a Radeon HD 7950 and a GTX 1050 Ti. Some games run better on one, some better on the other. One is better at this than the other so both have a use. Now, I haven't had this for too long, but how do I set it up so I can select which game uses which GPU? I don't have integrated graphics (not sure if that would matter or not). One thing I would like to do for example is use one for decoding my stream and have the other completely available for a game.

Anyone who could help me out with this?

thanks! o/

(also the site bugged a but so sorry if this somehow got posted twice or something)

Hello!

I know the theroy of having two GPU's in a system is very much possible as I have in in another build myself. However I needed to set up two monitors.

For running different games with different GPU's I am unexpierenced in. You will need a second monitor that I know for sure and assign it to the GPU. In the NVIDIA/AMD control panel you are able to set your second GPU as you primary display, which will use your GPU-Acceleration programs, I.E Chrome, Twitch etc... While you set your GTX 1050TI as your secondary and will use only the card for that game.

Hope this helps, I know thist was not exactly what you were looking for but I hope it helps.

Yeah if selling was an option. Which it isn't here. And I like tinkering. So i'll take @Salty Crocs's advice and try things out. Thanks by the way :3

Also. Why the hell is everyone here always like "upgrade upgrade"? like answer the question. I'm not asking for your opinion, i'm asking for an answer to my question for crying out loud. :/
