Weird echo when using AUX

So I have been having this strange issue where Xbox party chat and or Discord will randomly become quieter and echoy. I will add a recording of it next time it happens. It seems to only happen with apps that use my microphone often (Blue Snowball). When it does happen, it only happens for one app. The game audio might be fine, but the discord audio is all weird. It happens in games that use the mic as well. I find that it happens only when I am using my headset via the AUX cable, but not when Im using bluetooth. Any help would be appreciated! Someone on Reddit said its maybe a mobo driver glitch.
