Bluetooth connectivity issue

I'm having problems with my Bluetooth I've updated the drivers even did a reinstall on the drivers I used it about a month ago perfectly I used my air pods for it but now every time I connect them my air pods don't get good connection so I cant hear it well or just not hear it at all there's nothing I see in the way of interfering with the connection either I have a Wi-Fi 5 network card so there should be no problem

On what is your claim of poor signal based?  A signal check or the Bluetooth headphones not working well?  Every wireless connection has two ends and a middle. (Well there can be more but that’s the minimum)

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
