quick question about ESO

I have pre order the game from their website ( digital copy ). 
I'm about to download the beta ESO ,My question is, do I have to download the game again when the game comes out? or do they just update the beta ESO that I just downloaded?
and how big is the ESO  beta file? thanks

Just have to download the patch if you participate in beta.

 

As for size, mine takes up ~30GB for the launcher and the other files.
