A quick Google search mentions nothing about Bluetooth in the specifications.

 

Looking at the card itself from pictures on Amazon, it doesn’t appear to have a visible USB connector which would be used to wire into your motherboard’s USB header for Bluetooth support.

 

However, the step up model, T5E, is advertised as having Bluetooth support.

You could go for something like this, but I wouldn't suggest it. You're definitely better off going for the tplink one.

For the same cost of the T4E, there’s this Intel AX200-based PCI-e adapter which gives you support for WiFi 6 (backwards compatible with WiFi 5) and Bluetooth 5.

 

Keep in mind that you will need to have a free USB header on your motherboard to allow for Bluetooth.
