New computer build

Iam upgrading my current pc

 

cpu amd athlon x2 64 5000+

ram ordinary 4gb

gpu geforce 9800 GTX+

 

I have selected the parts for the build iam mainly going to use it for gaming and some for 3d animation/rendering and editing i.e., 75% of time gaming and 25% of time doing multi media work

My only comment would be, if you're spending that much on a 2011 system why not get 4 sticks of ram to take advantage of quad channel?

Try to get the same sticks of ram or a quad channel ram set.

 

Also id suggest a 27 inch monitor.

 

Ps. do you really need all those quiet fans? id spend the extra money somewhere else
