Power supply problem

Well my pc worked yesterday but today it won't turn on, I've tested my power supply thats working fine, when I plug it into the tester it turns on, my fans turn on
too ( they're connected to it ) when I test the cpu plug from the power supply, i can press the power button and it turns on my system, but when the both in the mother board ( asus prime B450M-A bought new this year ) the power supply starts clicking but the lighting on the mother board is on, so I have no idea what's wrong, it worked just fine yesterday

In your third pic the tester doesn't have a light on for the -5v

Is that ok? I would think the light should be on.

Can you post your pc specs and a link to that testers info

 

And when its all plugged in and should be working, the power supply is clicking? And the mobo looks like its on with lights and fans?

Have i understood correctly?
