Random PC death

Preface: I'm a new member so if this is the wrong way to post please help me find the correct place to pose my question

 

I have an i3 6100 with a 1050ti, 8gb ram, nothing special PC that I built about 4 years ago, never had any issues with the system until a few months ago. Over the summer I used the computer for light photo editing and mild gaming and one day I went to turn it on and it no longer posts. all the fans and lights come on, but nothing comes up on the screen. I have checked every single part I could (different monitor, different inputs, onboard graphics, and both monitors were fine with an xbox) and nothing changes.

If anyone know why it just doesn't work anymore or has any suggestions please help
