I just tried to watch an episode of Arrow when I noticed the audio is doing something it's not supposed to.

It stutters really bad, there is audio for a second and then it's gone for another second and it keeps repeating.

I already tried the "Skip the loop filter for H. 264 decoding" set to "all" but it didn't do anything.

Do anyone here knows how to fix this or has any idea what might have caused it?
