Video Playback Issue

Hey guys, I have been having an issue with watching Youtube videos, movies on my hard drive, twitter clips, ect. I attached some pictures so you can see what I am talking about. I think it is a graphics card issue, but I tried to trouble shoot with different drivers and made sure windows and everything was up to date, but I still cant really figure it out. And help would be much appreciated.
