PC Automatically restarted?

Alright so i was sleeping when i accidentally left my pc turned on, so you know it automatically went to sleep itself and when i woke up i saw pc was on the log in screen where you put your password to log into windows.And i was like well that's weird something woke up my pc from sleep.So i went into Event viewer,and instead of finding out that my pc ONLY woke up from sleep IT ALSO RESTARTED ITSELF 

 

So i downloaded PowerRun so i could have access to disabling tasks and i went into task scheduler and disabled Reboot_AC so now it can't restart.Why would it do that? Why would windows just decide "Hey this mf not doing anything let's restart his pc". Im wondering if this would happen if i was logged into windows and not logged out since my pc fell asleep.

It explicitly says windows update orchestrator woke up the PC and then it was restarted on the behalf of the system itself for the reason of a planned service pack update to the OS.

Yeah i understood that but would it have done this if my pc was awake and logged into?

No. If it's trying to restart in the middle of you doing something, it'll ask you. It specifically did it while the PC was slept because - assuming you have any sort of routine - it's kept track of when you use the computer and this was a time when you never do, so there'd be no issues restarting it.
