New build (first)

I just built my PC and I sank around 1700 in all the parts and I was nervous the whole time. I did a lot wrong now that I look back on it. I finished it and it won't start, but some rgb was on in there. I'm just really on edge because the videos I watched I didn't understand them. I watched the pov one from Linus. And right when it got to putting all the wires in the motherboard I was just lost. My psu came with 10 extra cords and I'm just worried. If I could get help it would be greatly appreciated!
