Budget (including currency):  $4000 USD (Doesn't have to be exact)

Country: United States of America

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Cyberpunk 2077, CK3, Kingdom Come Deliverance

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

Aim: My goal is to have a high end gaming PC that will last for a long time.

Monitors: I will need two monitors and would prefer for one monitor to be 4k to focus on graphics and the other to be a monitor for high fps. Windows OS will be necessary.

Peripherals: I will everything except for a gaming chair. This includes keyboard, mouse headphones, Wi-Fi adaptor, Bluetooth adaptor, etc.

Why are you upgrading? All my life I have been gaming and only have had an Xbox and my mothers hand me down gaming laptops. I have been saving up and feel like $4000 is a good amount to get started with.

Other Information: RGB is a take it or leave it for me, I don't want to spend more just to have it. I have big hands and would like a mouse that is made for big hands. Overclocking is not something I am interested in. Case design doesn't matter to me as long as the parts fit. I am willing to wait for say the Ryzen 5000 series to release, more 3080s to be back in production, or any other parts or for sales. I don't have loyalty to any brand.

Here is my build, the card won't show cause of course there out of stock. But this is what I would personally build. Lian Li cases are great because they really are great with space in cable management.

Edit: Only did one monitor, but it's a 49 inch ultrawide that's 144hz, which should suffice your needs instead of getting two monitors. This specific monitor can emulate two monitors as well.

This is what I'd get. Since stock for the 3000 series is very scarce, building a high-end computer right now is not a great idea. By the time the cards are in stock, the Intel i9 is probably best replaced by AMD's newest gen 12-core (or even the 8-core, if this computer is just for gaming. But the 12-core might help with streaming / video encoding etc).

Keep in mind running a dual monitor setup with different refresh rates is going to feel weird, as one monitor's pixel count is much lower than the other, which is going to correspond to a big difference in mouse sensitivity.

Peripherals depend a LOT on user preference, so I say you should dig a bit into each category and find what you like most. A comfortable mouse will depend a lot on your grip type, mechanical keyboards have different kinds of switches that feel more or less clicky, and midrange headphones have a lot of different offerings that could work well for your games.

We have a NEW and GLORIOUSER-ER-ER PSU Tier List Now. (dammit @LukeSavenije stop coming up with new ones)

You can check out the old one that gave joy to so many across the land here
