I mean technically you could run a 10850k on an H410M but you wouldn't be able to overclock. Pretty much any Z490 motherboard will be able to have some kind of decent UEFI and overclocking capabilities its the B460s where you would want to be cautious. The z490 aorus pro should have no problem meeting your overclocking needs, as long as you have a decent cooler and good air case flow. ( as the case with any overclocking)

 

As for the power draw, I've seen a lot of news tech sites seeing upwards of over 200 watts drawn by the 10850k after overclocking, so assuming your paring it with something like a 3080 a 750watt PSU should have no issues meeting your needs.
